NYC ACRE Intensive Executive Program - "Transitioning to Cleantech Ventures"
Applcation Process and Selection Criteria
To apply, please e-mail cleantechexecs@poly.edu with the following:- a motivation letter,
- a resume, including at least two references.
The program is designed for individuals with at least 10 to 15 years of professional experience who have either held executive positions in large corporate environments or have driven early-stage companies through multiple phases of growth.
Ideal candidates will combine as many of the following criteria as possible:
- experience in technology-based companies
- strong functional excellence (business development; marketing and sales; finance; operations; technology skills)
- experience raising multi-million dollar capital rounds
- experience starting-up and leading an early-stage company
- experience launching new products or divisions
- management and leadership experience
In addition to the criteria above, motivation letters should include:
- an executive summary for a new cleantech venture;
- commitment to join a pre-identified early-stage cleantech company in NY;
- strong entrepreneurial expertise transferable to cleantech ventures;
- understanding of the challenges of leading early-stage ventures.
If you are pre-selected, you will be invited for an interview.
The first running of this program is limited to 25 participants.
